ALBINISM IN AFRICA

If we intentionally open our eyes to some of the world’s worst injustices, it won’t take long for us to have our hearts moved. I hate hearing of stories that I feel like a can do nothing about. That is exactly how I felt when I watched a special on T.V. about albinism in Africa. There is a small population of Africans who are albino. But within a couple of years, there body parts and organs have become a top item in the black market.
Local witchdoctors have started to use albino organs and body parts in potions and it’s a growing crisis in a few countries. I figured the least I can do is try and bring awareness to people about this issue, and maybe some people will be moved in there heart to take further action steps.
